Use our Area Calculator to estimate how many tiles you need. Please keep in mind this is an approximation, as room shapes are not always exact. We always recommend ordering few extra tiles to allow for cuts and adjustments. 

Yes, you can order Comfort Tiles in a custom design and any size. Please email your request to hello@dandeliondecor.co.uk

Please note that personalised orders may be subject to an additional fee.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email our customer service team at hello@dandeliodecor.co.uk with the following details:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging and postage label

• Your order number

Once received, we will assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.

Please keep all packaging, as we may need to arrange a collection of the damaged items.

We do not hold stock - every order is made to order

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays.  The ordering deadline is Tuesday at 1:00pm.  Any orders placed after this time will be moved to the following week's delivery.

Please note that shipping times do not include the time required to create or print your order.

Comfort Peel & Stick Tiles

• Orders are dispatched using a tracked 2 days or next-day delivery service (depending on your area) once your order has been produced and is ready to leave us with the courier.

• International orders will be given an estimated delivery schedule on an individual basis.

• Any additional customs charges, duties, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Samples

• Samples are sent via a tracked 3–4 day delivery service once they have been printed and are ready for dispatch. Contact us if you need them earlier. 

Safe Place & Delivery Responsibility
If you request or authorise your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you are accepting the courier’s terms and conditions. These state that the courier is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen once delivered to your nominated safe place.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund items that are marked as delivered to a safe place, as we cannot make a claim with the courier under these circumstances.

We produce tiles to order. After placing your order, you can cancel within 2 hours, as your order is sent to production shortly after being placed. There is only a 2 hours window between when you place your order and when we begin processing it.

If you contact us immediately after ordering at hello@dandeliondecor.co.uk  we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed.

Once your order has gone into production, we are no longer able to cancel it.

Your new installation is only as good as the underlying floor, so proper surface preparation is important. Clean the floor thoroughly.  The surface must be smooth and free from debris, grease or wax.  Uneven floors, bumps or dips can cause blemishes the will show over time.

You might need to apply PVA to your surface.

you will need to use a type of caulk specifically designed for floors.  This normally contains a component that allows for a certain degree of flexibility; enabling the different sections to expand and contract without cracking.

We recommend waiting up to 3 weeks for fresh paint cure before applying your tiles. You might need PVA (wall or floor) to ensure best result. For Comfort Peel and Stick tiles, ensure that adhesive on the back is intact and has not been contaminated by dust or dirt. 

Comfort peel-and-stick tiles are designed to be installed over the existing tiles or other surfaces.  Do not apply to carpet.
